Tim has more than 35 years of experience in the fields of finance and accounting. After serving in a variety of areas as a public accountant for several years, Tim found his passion in providing comprehensive financial planning and complex wealth management services to individuals, families, and businesses, which led to the founding of Integrated Financial Management.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting in 1989. Prior to serving as director of Integrated Financial Management, he was a partner with a Louisiana-based public accounting firm. He holds the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants designations of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS). He holds the designation of Certified Financial PlannerTM, the recognized standard of excellence for personal financial planning issued by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.  Tim has also earned the Retirement Income Certified Professional ® (RICP ®) designation from The American College of Financial Services.  The American College of Financial Services was founded in 1927 and is the nation's largest nonprofit educational institution devoted to financial services.  The RICP® educational curricula is one of the most complete and comprehensive programs available to financial advisors whose goal is to help their clients create sustainable retirement income.

Kellie is responsible for providing client support relative to account administrative and operational needs. She is also responsible for back office and business operations support.

Kellie earned a Bachelor Of Science degree in marketing in 2004. Prior to joining Integrated Financial Management, she served as an outreach specialist for Southwest Louisiana Area Health Education Center.

Kellie brings a valuable continuity of service to the client investment process and client experience.

Melanie assists Kellie in providing client support and account administrative needs.  She provides valuable assistance dealing with firm operational needs and direct client contact.

Melanie earned a Bachelor of Art degree in Education in 1991 and worked as an educator in Calcasieu Parish for thrity years prior to joining Integrated Financial Management.  Prior to her career in the field of education, Melanie worked in the financial services industry for six years.
